So apparently posting fanfiction on DeviantArt is a thing? I had absolutely NO idea. But I'm so excited to be aware of this because writing is my main outlet for my artistry. 
This means that at some point this summer, I'll begin posting some of my things. Probably nothing old, but I've currently got a couple of things in the works that I'll post here as I post them elsewhere. For reference, I post my works as Shade on Lunaescence and Zavoj on AO3.

For reference, I post my works as Shade on Lunaescence and Zavoj on AO3.The story that I am currently working on doesn't have an official title yet, but I've been referring to it as Gym Startup. It's set in Pokémon X/Y and pairs the reader with Professor Sycamore, because that man is the smex. Here's the working summary:
After a letter from one of your mentors, you rush off to the Kalos Region without much of a plan. All that matters is securing Ramos' blessing to take over his gym when he retires. Unfortunately, getting his blessing proves more difficult than you'd anticipated. When he sends you to Lumiose City to meet with a Pokémon League representative, you're tasked with fixing up and running the old, abandoned gym in Lumiose City to prove your worth in the eyes of Kalos.

I'm impressed I figured out my password. I may or may not upload recent photos of my new kitten, Ochi. He is super photogenic. And I may or may not upload some of the photos from my trip to Milazzo, Sicily. There were some really cool abandoned buildings.
I have a 'To Upload' folder which has been collecting photos for about... 2 years now... so.... yeah... we'll see where this goes.

Projects! :D

Hey guys! I just got back from a two week vacation to Washington & Idaho! I also spent a couple weeks in Hawaii earlier this summer. I took TONS of photos, and I'll be sorting through them over the next couple of weeks. So expect some new scenery shots soon!
Also, I've decided I'm going to try and take shots of my cat, Kenya (the tabby), for a calendar. I'll post them in a folder so that you all can see~
I've gotten back into youtube (not that any of you knew I was part of it before). Five years ago, I tried to start a vlog. But, as I was only 14, when I mentioned it to my parents, they flipped out. I was forced to take the vlogs down and put the other videos on private. I've lost everything that didn't stay up on my channel, but if you're curious, my username is Nilly2012. (All that's up are the old vids I made public - they're actually newer than my vlogs were - and a really awful Tumblr Asks Response)
Um, I've also got a few writing projects that I hope to finish. But as always, those can be found on Lunaescence.com under the username Shade.
Other than that, um, I'm about to start my second year of college! It's going to be quite a course load this semester! But I'm really looking forward to Structural Analysis and Intro to Geotechnical Engineering & Soil Science! And it'll be nice to hear Spanish every day again!

I've been here for a year, and I feel like I haven't properly introduced myself. I mean, you guys know I have several cats (who else would my subject belong to?), and I take pictures. But that's about it.
So Hi. I'm Risa. I'm a civil engineering major and spanish minor, and I am loving every second of it. My passions are rock climbing and writing, but I haven't had much time for either since college started. But that's life. I fit it in when I want to.

Um... my obsession with pokemon is slightly unhealthy, but I don't care. I love it. xD I'll be getting a 3DS just to play X and/or Y. haha. :3

I have been on a cats photography kick. Having three myself (and all of them love getting their pictures taken), they have been hogging my photos!
